At Mellirose , we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package back.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

• Return shipping is free
• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
• Beauty or personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want instead.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
